Tuition Fee Payments

Luxmi Education retains the right to modify the course fee(s) if there are any changes to the tuition fees for any reason. Any adjustments to the total course fee(s) will be accounted for in the final payment by either adding or deducting the amount. Clients will be promptly notified of any such adjustments.

In the event of dishonored cheques, Luxmi Education will impose an administration charge of £15.00.

If a payment is not made by the specified due date, an automatic charge of £15 Per week will be levied.

Luxmi Education will impose an additional administration charge of £15.00 each time it becomes necessary to pursue a late payment.

If the payment schedule is not met and the child continues to attend lessons, Luxmi Education reserves the right to terminate any agreement to pay by installments. In such cases, all outstanding payments, along with the remaining balance of the total course fee(s), must be paid in full immediately.

Luxmi Education Centre reserves the right to adjust the tuition fee(s) if there are any amendments to the tuition fees for any reason. Any adjustments to the total tuition fee(s) will be accounted for in the final payment by either adding or deducting the amount. Clients will be promptly informed of any such adjustments.

Failure to make any installment payment may result in the exclusion of the student from further classes.

Once Subject Fees are paid, they are non-refundable. In cases where Luxmi Education determines, on a case-by-case basis, that a client is eligible for a refund, a refund fee of £35 will be deducted from the final amount.

Missed Lessons

If a lesson is cancelled by Luxmi Education, an extra-help session(s) will be arranged to replace it. We also provide the option for students who are ill to attend an alternative session outside of their regular schedule to catch up. This makeup session must be selected from the two sessions immediately following the missed session. However, please note that this option is only available for illness-related absences and cannot be used for any other reason. In cases where the student cannot be accommodated in another regular session, the teacher may schedule an individual extra-help session at their discretion.

Course Cancellation

Cancellation Policy for Luxmi Education Courses

1. The deposit paid for the course is non-cancellable and non-transferable.

2. If a parent decides to cancel their child's course, they must provide a notice period of one month prior to the renewal payment date.

3. The cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email or postal mail to Luxmi Education.

4. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, Luxmi Education will acknowledge the cancellation request and confirm the cancellation date, which will be the renewal payment date following the one-month notice period.

5. The parent will be responsible for paying the course fees for the entire notice period, even if their child does not attend the classes during that period.

6. No refunds or credits will be provided for the remaining unused portion of the course fees after the cancellation date.

7. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation notice is delivered and received by Luxmi Education within the specified notice period. Luxmi Education will not be responsible for any delays or issues with the delivery of the cancellation notice.

8. Failure to provide the required one-month notice for cancellation will result in the parent being responsible for the full payment of the upcoming renewal period.

9. In case of any dispute or exceptional circumstances, Luxmi Education reserves the right to review and make a decision regarding the cancellation request and any associated fees.

10. This cancellation policy applies to all courses offered by Luxmi Education unless stated otherwise in specific terms and conditions for a particular course.

By enrolling your child in a Luxmi Education course, parents agree to comply with the above cancellation policy and understand the financial obligations involved in canceling their child's course.

Order process

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer.

No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in this Section 3.

To enter into a contract through our website to purchase products from us, the following steps must be taken: you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout; you must be logged into an account created by yourself; you must enter your login details; once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of payment and confirm your order and your consent to the terms of this document; you will be transferred to our payment service provider’s website, and our payment service provider will handle your payment; we will then send you an initial acknowledgement; Within an hour (normally immediately) the file will be available for download via the “My Account” menu.

Products

We may periodically change the products available on our website, and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.

We reserve the right to move or discontinue downloadable products at any time.

After purchase, the download is available for no longer than 30 days, it is your responsibility to ensure the file is downloaded before this period is reached.

The amount of occasions the file can be downloaded may be restricted to deter misuse – if you reach this limit early you must contact us within the 14 day period.

Prices

Our prices are quoted on our website.

We will from time to time change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.

All amounts stated in these terms and conditions or on our website are stated exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise followed by the wording “incl. VAT” to state the inclusion of VAT for a given amount.

It is possible that prices on the website may be incorrectly quoted; accordingly, we will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that the correct price will be notified to you before the contract comes into force.

Payments

You must, during the checkout process, pay the prices of the products you order.

Payments may be made by any of the permitted methods specified on our website.

If you fail to pay to us any amount due under these terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, then we may withhold the products ordered and/or by written notice to you at any time cancel the contract of sale for the products.

If you make an unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge-back then you will be liable to pay us, within 10 working days following the date of our written request:

(a) an amount equal to the amount of the charge-back;

(b) all third party expenses incurred by us in relation to the charge-back (including charges made by our or your bank or payment processor or card issuer);

(c)an administration fee of GBP 15.00 incl. VAT; and

(d) all our reasonable costs, losses and expenses incurred in recovering the amounts referred to in this Section (including without limitation legal fees and debt collection fees);

and for the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to recognise or fail to remember the source of an entry on your card statement or other financial statement, and make a charge-back as a result, this will constitute an unjustified charge-back for the purposes of this Section.

Order Cancellation

Return, refund and cancellation policy: Our policy is not to offer refunds on Digital Products. Any products downloaded will not be refunded as this is considered as used.

Should you consider your situation to be a special circumstance then please get in contact with us and we shall consider your individual request. In the event that we do issue a refund, your access to the Digital Products will be revoked.

Intellectual Property

The products, whether modified or not, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain our sole and exclusive property. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.

All products sold on this website are strictly prohibited from being reprinted, re sold and re distributed.
